Business: Tech Support Industry Woes Over Unresolved Issues

Volumes of unresolved technical issues has reached an alarming level. For the past 4 weeks outsourcing companies has  detected an increase of an alarming 80 percent of unresolved technical issues(graph on the left), most of them relating to internet connections. Companies , especially ISPs has been complaining about this, since it greatly impacted customer satisfaction. It has already resulted closure to some small, starting companies, expanding the effect of reccession. 

Tech support  industry blamed this surge of unresolved cases to feebleminded, uneducated, uncooperative subcribers wanting to access the internet from god-knows-where locations without even knowing how to use a computer.  

NASA has released an official statement relating to this issue. According to them, an unidentified signal coming  from an extraterrestrial source, directly injects an specific data, altering packets of information and distorts signals travelling on either wired and wireless media, firewalls and encryptions has little to no help against this packet invasion.  They’ve suspected, an advanced level of data transmission protocol from a highly advanced trnsmission equipments could have caused this. Dr. Mahmoud Kadado, head analyst for Transmission and Reception(TAR) department of NASA, said, its seems to be a message with misdirected coordinates. After a few days of study, he said, theyve deciphered a signal pattern from the an unaltered ET signal, and it is very similar to a our very own social networking sites like friendster, facebook, multiply etc(decoded message is shown on the left). It could be their own social network or a direct invitation for us to start linking with them, he added.

They’ve also found a noticeable link between the mental capacity of the user and the said interference.  According to neurologists, users with poor comprehension has greater chance of experiencing this phenomenon, since their weak brain impulses can easily be corrupted. Everytime they come in contact with an electronic equipment they could serve as an extended receiver, magnifying the effect on the device.

As the unresolved cases reaches sky high, the number of companies going out of business goes up with it.
